1.in computer are useful information.
2.you can play.
3.you can talk with friends.
4.you can meet somebody who like you.
5.you can watch movies and series.
Dezavantaje:
1.you can have eyes problems.
2.you may hurt your hand.
3.you can not have back straight
4.you can not take care of yourself
5.if you sit on the computer than you ignore others and  become selfish
