Dear Sir,
My name is X and I am writing to complain about the TV I have recently purchased from your hypermarket. It was the last one that I bought and when I got home the TV did not function. I came back to give the product and take my money to buy another TV the same day. Your employees told me that what they can do is to send the TV to a repairing-service. Of what I know, the Protection Consumer's Law writes differently: within less than 24hours, the customers shall be given the money back for any purchase which he is displeased of.
Consequently, I would like to see the way you solve this problem.
