Scriu aceasta scrisoare pentru am exprima dezamagirea totala legata de mancare din avion . Aceasta a fost expirata iar cand am vorbit cu personalul avionului au spus ca nu i-am informat la timp si ca nu este vina lor . In mod evident personalul are nevoie de o instruire mai buna in comunicare cu clienti .Sper sincer ca data viitoare sa fie servici mai bune daca ma mai vreti clenta voastra .

Am facut doua variante. Prima e traducere exact la ceea ce ai in romaneste. A doua e putin modificata ca sa foloseasca limbaj de avion :)
In ambele am adaugat si formula de adresare.
