Romania and France are two countries that may share the same belonging of The European Union,but are very different.Manners represent the unwritten (or maybe written) rules that separate us from animals and less evoluated beings,I can add.
In France,the rules mentioned earlier are very strict and can depart you from the society.It*s impolite to order only a dish .If you are not hungry then don*t go to a restaurant.It*s also unliked to order  things that you can eat at home.French people are well-known for  their dishes so if you order something regular,they may take it as an offense.Also,it*s impolite to order doggy bags.You may get but it is considered rude and cheap.
In romania ,the rules are not that strict.If you don* t like the food and serving,you don*t make a scene.You eat,and leave.The doggy bag rule applies in here ,too.If you  drop something,you should take it,not leave it ther with nonchalance .
In conclusion,some rules may differ but all in all they have the same purpose.
