Inlocuim : 

a + b + c = 81 

4b + b + 2b + 4 = 81

7b + 4 = 81

7b = 81 - 4

7b = 77

b = 77 : 7

b=11

a = 4b = > 4 x 11 = 44 

c = 2b + 4 = > 2 x 11 + 4 = 22 + 4 = 26 

11 + 44 + 26 = 81
