My parents always tell me to try not to hurt myself to always wear my jacket when going outside if its cold and tell them when i dont feel well.
I don't always listen to them.

they tell me to stop spending my free time on the phone and also to go outside and run, practice a sport that i like more. they also tell me to eat healthier. they told me that i need more "greens". sometimes it is sensible, because i prefer my phone cause i have friends on the other side of the planet. im not taking their advice all the time, but mostly of it.
