You have recently bought a new laptop from a store. The store manager told you it was the best laptop they had in the store. When you got back home from the store you realized that the laptop wasn’t working properly. Write a letter of complaint to the manager of the shop where you bought it.

hello dear manager,im not satisfied about the laptop i bought from this store   and i wanna return it.if it is possible,i want my money back and i am sure i wont buy things from here without verifying them.i  wont recommend this store to anyone.
