The Hobbit (1937) is a famous fantasy book. People still love reading it today. It's about
the adventures of a hobbit called Bilbo Baggins.
Hobbits were small, peaceful creatures. They lived quietly in the Shire. Bilbo had a
comfortable home there in a hobbit hole. Soon, though, all that changed when Gandalf
the Wizard visited the Shire. He invited Bilbo on a journey to help the dwarves of Middle-
earth get back their lost gold. The hobbit hated the idea at first but finally agreed to go.
He and thirteen dwarves set off on a long, dangerous journey. They fought scary trolls and
giant spiders; sometimes they almost got lost. Once they entered a cave in the mountains.
There, Bilbo met Gollum. Gollum was an evil creature. He lived in the dark. He also had a
magic ring it made its wearer invisible! Bilbo stole the ring and continued on his way.
At the end of the adventure, the dwarves got their gold back and Bilbo returned home
happily. He did not know then about the evil powers of the ring in his pocket. What
happened to the ring in the end is the story of another book, The Lord of the Rings.

Explicație:
1. The dwarves lost their old home, a mountain, because the last dragon, Smaug, stole that place for the treasure
2. 13, i m like 99% sure, but i m not so sure
3. in a secret cage, next to the goblins dungeon, because he was eating fish from a little lake, and sometimes, goblins
4. at the end, there was Bard, from the humans, helped them killing Smaug, then the orcs attacked the mountain, the extraordinarry, beautiful, gorgeos elves helped them, before it was a little mute war between the dwarves and elves, poor Thorin died (he was the legitim king), also the handsome Kili died, and i think his cousin, Fili, had the same faith
