Body language is a non-verbal form of communication. You can express your feelings, attitudes and actions through body language. Other ways of communication are: verbal communication, which is the casual articulated speech that most of us use and non-verbal communication, which can either be body language, as mentioned before, or written messages, like letters or messages. There is also mass-media communication, where a message, news or important announcements or information can be sent to a large number of people, like radio, newspapers or television.
