Tobias Annet , the manager of "Toys 4 Your Pet" Company , explained to Veronica Miles that they very much regretted the problems she had had with one of their products.He also explained that it was the firts time they had encountered such a problem and that they were grateful that she wrote to them about the malfunction of the toy.He assured her that their company always honoured the guarantee of their products and she would therefore be given all her money back.At the end , he asked Veronica if she wanted to know more about other toys the company manufactured, and if she was interested , they were looking forward to receiving an answer from her.He closed the letter politely and signed his full name.
