El se urca pe trunchiul ei se legana pe crengi si manca mere. Si ei se jucau dea-vati-ascunselea. Si cand era obosit, el se culca la umbra ei. Si baiatul iubea copacul foarte mult. Si copacul era fericit.
Dar timpul a trecut. Baiatul a crescut si copacul a ramas cateodata singur. Apoi, intr-o zi baiatul a mers la copac si copacul i-a spus:" Vino si urca-te pe trunchiul meu, leagana-te pe crengile mele si mananca mere si joaca-te la umbra mea si fi fericit"."
