This is my own recipe for scrambled eggs. I usually use 3 eggs, 10 grams of butter, salt, pepper,ham,cheese and other spices. First you crack the eggs and mix them with a fork in a bowl. After that I put the butter in the pan and I let it to heat and melt while i cut the ham and cheese and put them into the bowl with the eggs, then I add the spices a bit of salt, pepper, chili,oregano and so on. Once the butter is melt and the surface of the pan is slippy I add the mixture and wait about 30-40 seconds then I start to turn it on the other side. It breaks very often and i can't get it into one big piece, but I like it the way i do it. After another few seconds it is ready. I put it on a big plate and I chew a bit of cheese over it, while it,'s still very hot. That;s my recipe of scrambled eggs.
