1. Young people are not so healty nowadays . Alot of junk food has appeared and young people tend to like that more than the healty one . It is bad for the organism and it makes your body fat . Not all young people like this type of food but still , there are many who do .
2. To improve their health people must stop eating junk food and start switching to a healty diet .
3. To keep fit , they can go to gym , start running to burn the calories and the fat that they've gained during their unhealty diet .
4 . For a healthier diet they can switch to vegetables , fruits , and meat without fat . Chicken meat is something that people that go to gym and want to look good use , because it doesn't have fat and it has the proteins that your body needs .
