1.They have to speak a language, for example the Mexican people speaks Spanish, and the Chinese one Chinese, they have to speak English for example, I mean, a language that they both understand.
2.They have to meet to a specific place, because one cane go to England and another to New Zeeland, that's why I think like this.
3.Both of they have to be honest, because if one "understood" that he has to pay for example 500 bucks, but in reality he has to pay 600, the business will go wrong.
