Two friends have a discussion about the human brain. Britney says our brain is similar to a more complicated computer whilst Kennedy says a human must be more than just a machine. Who do you agree with? Justify your answer.

Both of them have good opinions but we need argumentation.

In my opinion, Kennedy makes a good point by recommending Britney that humans should not be compared with computers, nonetheless such complex beings such as us, humans, with different qualities.

First of all, we have rational thinking and free will, which urges us to make either the good decisions or the bad ones, in fact, any decisions at all. It is true that you may program a computer to do a specific set of tasks, but the computer will never question itself why should he do it, or if it's the right thing to do that task.

Humans don't necessarily have amazing comprehensive computation skills in regards with brain capacity, as most of our day to day activities are based on responsibilities, which were given by someone or we choose to do them ourselves.

I agree with Kennedy's approach on the human brain as it's too early to even measure our limits, the possibilities remaining limitless, hence the saying: "If you put your mind to it, you can do everything" whereat a computer might have its limitations.
