Friendship can be damaging when you do not know who your friends are. When you have friends, you are exposed, because one tends to open up to their friends. They talk about their problems and their secrets, yet you never have the certainty that everything you say remains between you two. Most people are curious, only some truly care. That's why friendship is dangerous, because you never know if your friends care or are just curious.
