Jupiter probably has a "core" of solid material in an amount of 10 to 15 mass of Earth.

On top of this core is the main part of the planet consisting of hydrogen into liquid metal. This exotic form of this element is just so common at pressures exceeding 4 million bars, as is the case in the interior of Jupiter (and Saturn). Liquid metallic hydrogen consists of ionized protons and electrons (like the interior of the Sun but at a far lower temperature). Temperature and pressure inside Jupiter, hydrogen is a [liquid], not a gas. It is a source of electrically conductive and magnetic field of Jupiter. This layer probably contains some helium and some traces of "ice". The surface layer is composed primarily of ordinary molecular hydrogen and helium which is liquid gas inside and outside. The atmosphere we see is just the top of this deep layer. Water, carbon dioxide, methane and other simple molecules are also present in small quantities.

Jupiter is about 86% hydrogen and 14% helium (by number of atoms, about 75/25% by weight) with trace amounts of methane, water, ammonia, and "rock". That is very close to the composition of the primordial Solar Nebula from which the solar system formed. Saturn has a similar composition, and Uranus and Neptune have much less hydrogen and helium.
