Ca sa stii cum se foloseste trebuie sa ti dai seama ce sens are foloseste. De obicei "quite" se foloseste la complimente pt a le scadea practic. "pretty" este folosit deseori pt a infrumuseta o chestie negativa. "Rather" este folosit mai des, si pe cand "quite" si "pretty" se foloseste in structuri de genul "a quite/pretty ...(noun)" rather se poate folosi si asa, si in structuri comparative, unde este asociat cu "then".
