High school is a hard part of life were you need to study and concentrat for a better future.Usually you don't take breaks or hang out with friends because this can affect your studies and grades.So you need to take cautions and leave your sociale life and spare time behinde,to make sure nothing will interfere between you and your schoolwork.

But sometimes talking to someone and socializing with him/her can make a big diffrence, and bring you up or even better help you release your stress and calm you down.
