I would tell younger kids that school can be hard, but it is important, because without school, you wouldn't be able to get a job, or do basic things, such as calculate, read, or write. It can also be hard to get into college, since universities require a proper education to enter. School is amazing, and although some of the things it teaches might be forgotten pretty quickly by students, it is still very important. So, my advice would be to stay in school, because it really helps you out later in life.
