1. Yes, people need holidays, because they work or go at school/highschool and they need a short period away of all the stress and worries and they need to relax sometimes. This is the principal purpose of the holidays.
2. I think the first holiday was a Christmas holiday.
3.It depends of what type of holidays it is. If there is a Christmas or Easter holiday, people usually stay home with their families and hang out and eat a lot, but some pleople leave in country or outside for fun and relaxing. They usually play games, eat and relax.
4. My favorite holiday is Christmas holiday because it is winter and you have three weeks free of school and i can have fun with my friends and family. Otherwise, i like this holiday because it`s Christmas and it a beautiful period with family and gifts and good food.
5. My favorite festivities are Christmas festivities
