Yes, i think setting and managing a budget can be a benefit to a teenager. If he has a budget already, he can purchase different things to make money and to learn more(real estate etc.). For example if you have 500$, u can spend this money for something benefic. If u dont have a budget, u will hardly find a job that will suite your conditions(you dont know anything).
