Main Problem:The main problem is that Scrooge did not want to donate some money for the poor people,but by being stingy he did not want donate.
Solution to the main problem:The solution to the main problem are the three spirits,the spirit of the past Christmas,which showed him how alone he was,the spirit of the present Christmas,he showed him a poor family that was satisfied with that they had,and the spirit of the future Christmas who showed him some people that were talking about someone dead and no one cared.
