In my opinion, a good teacher should be one who puts her heart into teaching. This is because only by doing so will the students feel their passion and hard work.
Another point that makes a good teacher would be his/her patience.
Teachers should not get upset or even worse , give up on the students who are not so strong in their studies. Instead ,they should have the patient to slowly coach them,give them extra lessons ,and find different ways to encourage them.
The second opinion a great teacher should be prepared and organised. They are in their classrooms early and ready to teach. They are warm ,accessible, enthusiastic and caring. Teachers with these qualities are known to stay after school and make themselves available to students and parents who need them .
In fact a good teacher communicate frequently with parents. They don't hesitate to pick up the telephone to call a parent if they are concerned about a student .
