Last year I decided to buy a house. We saved up for ages, and by the end of May we putted by enough for the deposit on a house. We lived in a tiny flat at the time and I insisted that I wanted a house with a big garden. We searched for only a few days when we found exactly what we we’re looking for a two bedroomed house in nearly an acre of garden.
Unfortunately the owner asked much more than we we’re willing to pay and we looked more closely at the interior, we saw that whoever lived there before made an absolute mess of the walls and floors. Still, liked the garden and the location so much that I manager to convince the owner to reduce the price.
