Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter in order to let you know about all the inconveniences that I faced with, the moment I received the bread machine. The appliance was bought from your company five days ago.

First of all, the waiting term was longer that it was supposed to be, but this isn't the main reason why I'm making this complaint. What truly disappointed me is that, when I received the machine, it was a different model, which means that I was extra charged. What is more frustrating is that, when I was looking for the instructions, I saw that they were just in Chinese, so that made me think: it might be a copy, not an original model.

Secondly, when I put it to test, the machine didn't want to start. I tried a couple of times more and to make matters worse, I ran out of electricity because the machine burnt my electric outlet.

I expect a full refund of  the money I paid for this bread machine and I hope this matter will be resolved as quick as possible.
