A vacation that we will never forget
Last summer before the end of the school our Math teacher (Mrs. Popescu) announced us, and our parents that a very attractive trip is available for Antalya, in Turkey. I was really eager to travel to Turkey sea side, and my parents Ioana and Mihai agreed to join us. Some other class mates chose the same trip, together with their parents, so we all formed a very big group.
Turkey is a very famous summer destination, especially on the southern side of the country, at Mediteranean sea side. The most popular resorts are located on Antalya region, or Kemer region, or Side region. Our choice was to visit Side region.
We travelled by plane from Bucharest directly to Antalya, in less than 2 hours we landed there. From the hotel, we took a special bus to the hotel in Side, we needed other 1.5 hours to arrive there. The hotel is called Kamelya Selin, actually it is a splendid, green area, with beautiful gardens, palms, and even a small zoo. Hotel offers many, many attractions such as beach games, amazing pools, delicious food, sport areas, and also multiple all-day-long entertainment activities. Also, every evening they organize a show, with dancing, contests, jokes, music, disco for children, and many many more.
The best part of the vacation was to visit Apollo temple near at the sea side, and also the ruins of the ancient city, it is simply magnificent, I think we took 1,000 photos with our cameras and mobile phones. We had the chance to find out how people lived centuries ago, it was very, very interesting.
Absolutely all participants were extremely satisfied with all services, after seven days we became sad that we had to leave, but we promised ourselves that following year we will visit again Turkey, because we were sure many other places, and attractions are there waiting for us.
