             Houses are very important because they provide us a place to live. A house contains different rooms, like a Bathroom, Bedroom, Kitchen, Living room, a garage, if you have a car that you want to store inside. The design of a house is also subject to change as a consequence of globalization or urbanization.
               There are a lot houses in the world, each one having a different shape, colour and size. For example, a blockhouse is a small, isolated kind of fort and it is used as a defensive point against any enemy. It is also called "an underground bunker".Then, we have flat houses, and that kind of house is a self-contained housing unit that occupies only part of a building on a single level without a stair.They are also called apartment buildings, block of flats or high-rise. Finally,my favourite one is the underground house: this kind of house is buided underground, and it has a lot of pros, like 75 percent lower heating bill, less noise around you, but it has cons to: people said that these kind of houses make them feel lonely and depressed.
                  In the future I hope that the houses will look way better, they will be equipped with a lot of functions, like a self-cleaning house.All the rooms will be like now, but the technology in the houses makes them  much more energy efficient. You can set the temperature that you want, and the shutters close automatically when it's hot outside. I think that the most interesting thing would be that you can control the music in every part of the house.I am sure that those houses will be better then our actual houses.
                     In conclusion, a house is a great and an essential place for living. They have many shapes, colours and sizes. In the future, we will live in houses with some awesome high-tech sistems that are going to put a smile on our faces, and also will make our dailly activities easier.
