My lifestyle
Although I have a very busy schedule and school, I spend most of my time trying to lead a healthy lifestyle. In this sense, I try to avoid a sedentary life and to use the means of transport as little as possible. If the weather allows me to go and come from school on foot, I barely have more time to talk to my classmates.
I try to eat as healthy as possible and not skip meals. I never leave my home without having at least a snack and fruits and vegetables are never missing from my meals. I also try to avoid fast foods, chips and things like that as much as possible.
A balanced lifestyle means a healthy life.

Every morning i wake up eat breakfast then i go brush my theet,face and hands after that i go change in my school chlotes. Then i take my schoolbag and i go to school. today i have math enghlish franch and history. After school i go home and do my homworks tjen i play. After playing i go change the school chlotes in home chlotes and i go eat after i eat i go play again then i go eat dinner after i eat dinner i go change in pijamas and go brush my theets and whash my hands then i go to bed and sleep this is my life style.
