I was staying by the window watching the leaves falling from the trees.I was hearing nothing but the wind.No one was home,but I was wainting for my mother to come.She went out with my father...I hate how they always leave me alone! I am not a little kid but I'm afraid that some kind of killer will come to hurt me.Irrational,but can happen.After some time,I decided to call my friend to come,because I was really bored.30 minutes later and he wasn't there.A knock in the door woke me up from my daydreaming.I supposed it was my friend,so,I opened the door without looking to see who was there.Not a serial killer,just some trick-or-treat kids.I almost forgot it's halloween!And I haven't got any candies.Well,too bad for the children.I said sorry and closed the door.I was feeling guilty but I had nothing to do.My friend arrived but not alone.He was with a teenager who closed the door really quick and came to me.Did I mention that he was wearing a jumper that covered his face?"Really creepy" I taught as I was making the distance between us bigger.In one second I heard a boom and I opened the door The house next to us was litteraly on fire and all I was ae to do was call for help.My parents arrived home some minutes later and the ambulance the same.Our left part of the house was a little affected,but not much as we tried to cover it on water.Strange,the police couldn't find anyone home and no evidence of what caused that.I was just...scared and suspicious.We never found out what caused that and we moved some months ago because of what happened.
