If I were to find a treasure in a cave it would most likely be a eternal youth potion. The first thing I would do is to take it to a laboratory to find it's ingredients so other people can enjoy it as well.
Probably even a drop of it would have an effect, thus I would take a very small amount of it so I don't turn into a baby. In case the treasure isn't a potion and it's money, I would probably keep a half of them and donate the rest of them to charity.
