George Crum was a cook in New York a long time ago. The people in his restaurant did not like his french fries,they wanted them thinner so,he made some very thin French fries. People ate them with their hands. They didn't need forks ! Everyone liket them,so George made them all the time ! Now all the people around the world eat these thin rench fries. We call them ,,crisps".
