Nowadays is really easy to play on your phone or stay indoors, playing video games. I think is really important for young people and young kids to enjoy the outside world. All of us should find comfort in one activity, either is reading, or playing an instrument, maybe doing a sport, we should all do something that makes us smarter, stronger, wiser and less worry.
There are thousands and thousands of activities you can take part in: reading groups, start joining a gym, go rollerblade, start piano lessons, start drawing in your spare time. But remember, this things should be started when you feel the need of relaxation and release.
Two activities that I personnaly think should be in every person life, are doing a sport for you personnal health and reading. Learning something every day is making your brain work and that is great for keeping a healty and strong mind.
To sum it all up, I think is important to take care of yourself and you body, only because you only have one.
