Dear Lucinda,

I want to share with you my mouth-watering Crispy Fries recipe.

Obviously you will need 3 to 4 potatoes for one serve, oil, salt and optionaly sauces.

First of all, peel the potatoes skin and cut them in nice long sticks and salt them. Pre-heat  the oven at 455 degrees.

Spread oil on the backing sheet and wait 5 minutes till it gets hot.

Align the fries on the backing sheet to they will cook evenly.

Cook 20 minutes (25 for thicker fries).

As last the best way to enjoy them is with ketchup and mayo.
