Eiffel Tower will always be the most beautiful landmarks in the world, no matter what time you visit it . You can go climb up or take on elevator to reach the top but i suggest you to take he elevator. The light are really imptessive at night,making you wouldn't want to stop taking pictures of it.
But the best way to take pictures with the tower is using it a as a backround form the ground.
If you want to see the city viws form the top, Eiffel Tower offers you good view but not the best.
