There are five complaints about:

-The view that did not seem to be so gorgeous, in fact it was rubbish and too small to see anything from it.

-The coach that did not come on time to greet and show the visitors around the hotel rooms

-There was tasteless food with bad service

-The pool was being cleaned and they did  not got a chance to swim atleast once in the holiday.

It is indeed a strong letter, because all the argumenets stated were true, and the responsability the hotel takes is in a low condition.
