Last year I decided to go on holiday with my best friend, just the two of us, whitout our parents. One of my dreams has been to visit Japan, so I decided to go on a holiday there. It was a little bit expensive, but I had some money from my parents so I could pay gor the plane ticket and the hotel. I bought a conversation guide and a map of Tokyo and I made a list of all the Japanese food I wanted to try. I was so excited! When the plane finally landed after so many hours we realised that we couldn't read any of the signs and we didn't even know how to get to our hotel. We managed to take a taxi, but It was difficult to explain where we wanted to go. We thought that our holiday was almost horrible, but then my dad called and told us that a friend of his lived there. He agreed to be our guide and show us the city. We were saved!
