Not only they provide a fast and accurate work, but also they allow you to store them within their memory and database. However computers can also be linked to access to offensive information and invasion of privacy, unless supervised and regulated by relevant bodies. In addition, when their access is excessive and other priorities are neglected, they, to a great extent, can keep you away from schoolwork and social interactions/events important for your intellectual development and social integration.
