   Preparing:

 We'll,take the carrot,we will scrape and I put it aside igredient.We chop tomatoe,onion,capsicum,garlic.We put the igredients separately.Put the oil in the pan and put the onion on fry time of five minutes.Scramble the onion with carrot in the pan.Put the water to boil,after corn,after adding a little salt and scramble.Put the capsicum to bake and cut the pieces.Add to onion and carrot capsicum,tomatoe,salt.Mash garlic with oil,salt.Burn the fish.I sit in the plate all the ingredients nicely arranged.Goot appetite!
