Living in a busy capital has advantages and disadvantages, but should you do it?
In a busy capital you would expect to see a lot of places for entertainment, lot of different businesses which can sell you about anything. That's a big advantage as for example in a small city or in the countryside you may not find all the things that you may desire. Even though you find a lot of shops in the capital online shopping is getting more popular than ever so even if you don't live in a big city or capital you may have access to anything you might want to buy.
Another advantage of living in a big city or capital is cheaper transport as you may not really need a car to get around places. A disadvantage of living there is massive pollution compared to a small city or the countryside, as well as the expensive cost of living there.
Studying is a very important matter and in a capital you will find lots of opportunities, a lot of colleges, universities, high schools, it depends of what you will want to study. A disadvantage is the lack of knitting between all the people from the countryside or a very small city, but nowhere near the opportunities you get living in a big city.
In conclusion I would live in a busy capital because of all the opportunities to get a good education, lots of entertainment and good public transport.
