   The gap between generatios has always been a part of our society, and because of the different mind-sets, the gep gradually widened over the centuries. Technology is developing faster, in fact, everything is developing so much faster. That's why one may ask: What can be done to bridge the generation gap between parents and children?
   On the one hand, children have to become more understanding. It can be really confusing for a parent to get used to new technology or trends. Their ability to comprehend new things is different than a child's. That's not only because parents are older, but because they get used to their 'oldschool' way of doing everyday activities; making them change their ways instantly is not possible at all. Children have to be more patient and creative: the way they deliver the information to their parents can change the way ther receive it.
   On the other hand, parents also have to be opened to new experiences. Sometims, parents can be skeptical about new stuff. That's completely normal, but in order to achieve this kind of connection between the two generation, they need to change. After all, it's better to regret something that you've done than thinking about what could have happened if you did this or that for your whole life.
   As a conclusion, I can say that, in my opinion, our commission is to be opened about it and help each other out. We can easily help our parents by giving them a leg up, we just don't have to be too bossy about it.
