They commit crimes because they haven't food or money to pay for these.The largely young people did crimes maybe because they were abandoneted and are homeless. When you haven't education and you can't give yourself an job maybe you'll join into a gang of outlaws, you are tempting doing crimes and bad things. You can be influnced by your friends who doing these bad things,seeing them comes some money after did it you could does serious critical things.
