Bucharest is the capital of Romania. It is a very busy and noisy city. It has a lot of shops, hotels, cinemas and you can live a good life if you have enough money.

On the other hand, Oradea is a smaller city which is not so noisy toward the outskirts and it is definetly not as busy as Bucharest.

If you would like an in-between, Cluj-Napoca is a city with a lot of shops and cinemas. It is bigger than Oradea but it isn't as big as Bucharest.
