And yet, one freezing cold day, while I was walking home from school I met a woman on the streets. She was dressed in some ragged clothes and she was asking for money. I took three coins out of my pocket and I gave them to her, in exchange she gave me a little statue with a clown fish and she told me I had to put it on my desk if I wanted all my problems to be solved or else I would have bad luck.
When I areived home, I threw the statue in a box and I went to do my homework, but my pen wasn’t working. I took a pencil and when I put it on paper it’s tip broke. I remembered that I had to put the statue on my desk if I didn’t want bad luck so I grabbed it and put it on the desk. I tried to use the pen once again and surprisingly it was working.
Even today I keep the statue on my desk and everything goes well, my pen is still working.
