There's this particular restaurant on a boulevard that I went to a few years ago, there were many things wrong with the restaurant but those that bothered me the most are, as follows. Bad service time, we ordered our food and only after an hour had it arrived. The place was completely unsanitary, the bathrooms looked and smelled disgusting. And the staff was very rude, we asked one time when the food will be ready and the waitress said that we don't have any patience, and we should stop bothering her. And the food was obviously horrid. I personally would rate it a 1/10.
