What is terrific about this procedure is that, the calves cannot even turn round or lie down comfortably. And it's not over, because it is not enough cruciality, they even put them on a liquid milk diet, which is disgusting, there is more water than milk and to more precise, over 90% percent is water. The diet consists on low iron and fibre too.
