I am in Turkey. I got here by plane. i'm staying at the hotel. The food is so good. The peoples are so kind to me. I want to visit Topkapi palace, Saint Sofia ' s church and others places. I will remain here seven days. It's a beautiful country with nice peoples.

Dear Chris,

After quite a long trip we arrived yesterday at noon at Rome. The hotel where we booked our rooms is very close to St Peter Cathedral. My father was so hungry after having driven almost 2000 km that we had to buy him two pizzas. While dad was having a nap, we decided to visit St Peter Cathedral. There were many people visiting it, not only tourists but also Italians. It is a huge church. On our way back to the hotel, my sister spotted a "gelateria" (it is a confectionery where they sell ice cream) so we enjoyed our favourite dessert. When we arrived to the hotel, my father was waiting for us and took us to San Angelo castle. It was very close to the hotel. 
We came back quite late, but I decided to write to you my first thoughts about this town.
I wished you were here! I'm so sorry you couldn't come! 
I'll send you tomorrow evening a detailed report about our second day in Rome.
