An experience that taught me when to know the difference between right and wrong? Well I'd say it was in middle school. I was a quiet kid, always had my nose in my stuff and never bothered to look at others.
Often, i heard some kids fight in the back of our class. It always was about some immature stuff.I never knew why i was curious, but one day i went up to trash something i didn't need anymore, and saw that my friend was being back worded by some children i didn't know. Of course, i went up to defend her. Sadly, i couldn't really do much other than yell at them to go away. They eventually did, and i asked my friend what had happened. She said those kids were bullying her for no reason! I didn't really believe her, as she likes to be overdramatic for no reason. I went up to the other 2 kids that were back wording her, and asked them for their side of the story. I heard some horrible stuff, nevertheless, SHE was the problem. She had the audacity to call herself the victim after trashing their things without their permission and even pulling their hair. It wasn't my problem, but i went up to her and told her we're not friends anymore. Not even an explanation. I didn't want any sort of stuff to happen to me aswell.
Since then, I've always learned to make the difference between the victims and the one who are in the wrong. It made me realize how much people like to lie and put up an act of innocence. Always make the difference between right or wrong, even if it wasn't your problem. You need to know who you should befriend and who you should avoid.
