Health is a very important topic in today's world. Children are thought from a young age that it is important to wash their hands, to keep their toys clean and to brush their teeth every evening and every morning. Why do we do that? It is because viruses spread through touch and some through air. If we wash our hands often we will protect ourselves against these viruses. The same is with toys. We also brush our teeth to protect from unwanted cavities which can be a source of pain. We do all these things  from a young age to be in good health!!
