Banana bread recipe :

You put 140 g flour in a large bowl. You add three egg yolks and 3 ripe mashed bananas. You mix these ingredients with a wooden spoon. Then, you melt a chunk of butter in a frying pan and mix it with the flour and eggs. You fry a piece of sugar, add it and stir. You sprinkle a pinch of salt. Adding chocolate chips, raisins or walnuts is optional. You pour this composition in a cake tin and bake it in the oven for approximately 45 minutes at 180 degrees. When it passes the toothpick test it can be enjoyed!
